Lovely long sheltered walk from the station.

missingWrote a review on 19 Deccleanliness issues
No ground floor presence to help with luggage upon arrival. phone booth delays for taxi orders. Cleanliness issues with dust and stains in rooms, and room service options were limited with five dishes available. Laundry service has blackout dates, and the Club Lounge amenities were basic with an unhelpful happy hour. Navigating to the lobby could be a bit of a maze.

My family and I had a very pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay at Prince. The hotel is located conveniently just one stop from Nagoya Station to Sasashima Station via the Aonami Line. Once you arrive, the sheltered walkway leads you directly to the hotel, making it easy to avoid the weather. The views from the 31st floor reception and Sky Dining are stunning, especially at night. We enjoyed a delicious Hawaiian buffet dinner with breathtaking views. Our room was spacious and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day.
The happy hour food options were underwhelming.

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights sparkled. I appreciated the spacious layout of the Superior King Room. it provided ample space for my luggage and relaxing. The proximity to Sasashima Station was convenient, particularly with just a short ride needed to get to Nagoya Station. The Hawaiian buffet dinner at the Sky Dining on the 31st floor was delicious, complemented by stunning views. However, the lounge offerings during happy hour could definitely use improvement since the food selection was consistently underwhelming during my stay. Also, the train noise wasn’t significant but was noticeable in the morning hours. Having only two elevators for the entire hotel made waiting for them a bit frustrating during peak times. More lift capacity would enhance the overall experience.

great views but disappointing dining options
The view from the room was spectacular, especially at night when the city lights twinkled beautifully! The spacious layout provided ample comfort for relaxation. The proximity to the nearby station made exploring the area quite convenient, adding to the overall ease of our stay.
Dining options were quite limited, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
